Alina

Adorable Alina is still patiently waiting for her special someone to come along and give her the loving home she deserves. While she’s adored by all the volunteers at the rescue, it’s not quite the same as having a family and a place to call her own. Alina is one of the most affectionate, loyal, and loving dogs you could ever meet — every volunteer has a soft spot for her.

At eight years old, this gentle Australian Cattle Dog X enjoys a relaxed lifestyle. She loves sunbaking, lounging indoors, and short daily walks where she’s a dream on the lead. Her favourite part of the day is spending time with her humans — she’s full of cuddles, kisses, and loyalty. Once she trusts you, you’ll share an unbreakable bond. Alina is house and crate trained, loves treats, and could live with another calm dog (after a meet and greet). She’d suit a quiet home with older, dog-savvy teens — just no cats, please!

Rufus

Meet Rufus, a bright and affectionate American Staffordshire Terrier cross ready for his forever home. At just over a year old, he’s eager to learn, easy to train, and walks beautifully on lead. Rufus loves being close to his people and would thrive in a calm home with a spacious yard to play in. He’s great with other dogs, though best suited to a quieter household with older kids. Desexed, vaccinated, and full of heart, Rufus is ready to share his love and loyalty with the family who welcomes him home. 🐾

🎉🧡🐾 TUX HAS BEEN ADOPTED! 🐾🧡🎉

After almost two years in care, our beloved boy Tux has finally found his forever home — and our hearts are bursting with happiness! 🥹💛 Tux was saved just moments before being put to sleep at a pound, with a volunteer waiting outside to make sure he’d be safe. From the moment he arrived, he captured every volunteer’s heart with his adorable face, happy spirit, and quirky nature.

When Dion and Nes came to meet him, it was love at first sight. Despite seeing all of Tux’s little quirks firsthand, they weren’t deterred — they opened their hearts and home to him. The transition from a long-term kennel boy to family life wasn’t easy, but with patience, love, and 3am toilet trips, they’ve helped Tux thrive. 🥰

Dion shared, “Tux is very smart and affectionate, always trying his best to be a good boy. He loves walks, weekend farm trips, and dress-up games with Isla.” 💕

Thank you, Dion, Nes, and Isla, for giving Tux the one thing he’s always dreamed of — a family of his own. You’ve given our special boy the life and love he truly deserves. 🏡❤️

Miss Sophie came for a visit today.

Paul dropped around with Sophie this afternoon to say hello. He absolutely adores her and it’s very clear she loves him too ❤️
She has put on weight and come right out of her shell. She looks fantastic and is so happy.
We were all so excited to see her today and hear about how well she is doing 😊 She has gained so much confidence and whilst still a little reactive is not overly bothered by other dogs anymore.
Paul is always happy to drop around with Sophie if anyone would like to see her 🤗
