About Rescue Hub.
Rescue Hub was established in late 2015 but gained momentum in mid 2016 when a dedicated group of like-minded individuals united to help rescue dogs on death row find their forever homes.
We focus on rescuing dogs from local pounds with no other options, many of whom require training, rehabilitation, and extensive veterinary care. Through the power of social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, we have been able to rehome hundreds of dogs who otherwise would have had no chance at a new life.
Rescue Hub is 100% volunteer run, and we rely heavily on donations to continue to save the lives of animals in need.
Our work would not be possible without the commitment and hard work of our dedicated team of volunteers. Some of the key responsibilities we manage on a weekly basis include walking and engaging with the dogs, cleaning kennels, preparing meals, transporting dogs to veterinary appointments and foster homes, maintaining our social media accounts, updating our Pet Rescue listings, responding to adoption inquiries, and organizing fundraising events.
